Anyone hear of "Robot Tunes" Record Player? Vintage 80’s toy from Fisher Price I believe?

December 8th, 2009 by admin

When I was a kid, me and my sisiter had this red record player called "Robot Tunes". I think it may have been from Fisher Price, but I cant seem to find it ANYWHERE. Not online, not in vintage toystores, or ebay.

Anyone ever hear of this or know where I might find one?

There used to be a vintage 70s Barbie record player that played real records.
I remember something from the 80s that looked like a record player and came with special "records" – nursery rhymes, etc on them
There were those See and Say things in the 80s with farm animal sounds, etc

    Ok – check this out:
"References to Romulans were often wrong in the story records. In "The Robot Masters", they were said to be living just outside the known galaxy. The Romulan Empire was incorrectly called the Romulan Hegemony in "In Vino Veritas." Also, the Romulan homeworlds are Romulus and Remus (or Romii), but the homeplanet was called Romula in "In Vino Veritas." Finally, they were incorrectly depicted in the record read-along comic book for "The …"

do you remember those paper thin tear out records from the back of Mad magazine?
