Technics 1200 setup

October 25th, 2009 by admin

A video on the setup of the Technics 1200 Turntable. I hope this help at least one aspiring DJ to get started using the decks.
Note: you have to re-set the settings when you change cart/headshell or go to a different thickness of slipmat.

Duration : 0:6:9

    good video on the …
good video on the basic setup.

and DjMagicMist1123, although most people pronounce it the way it is spelt, the manufacturer actually says that it is pronounced “techniques”. So technically (excuse the pun), he is correct in his pronunciation. ;)

    45’s and 33s only.

    45’s and 33s only.

Would you have to set the height of the arm when you are using the factory mat?
