Record rotates on a turntable at 18 rpm. What is the angular velocity in radians/second?
February 27th, 2010 by admin
18 rpm = 18 revs/min
1 rev = 6.28 radians and 1 min =60 s
so 18 rpm=18rpm(6.28rad/rev x 1min/60s)
18rpm=1.88rad/sec
